Ingredients | Jamaican Chicken Chop Suey Recipe2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking soda2 cups white sugar2 teaspoons ground cinnamon2 eggs1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup confectioners' sugar2 tablespoons milkDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the eggs, pineapple and nuts, mix until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan.Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
